Barbara A Miranda 74 of New Bedford, MA passed away on June 8, 2020. She was the widow of George Miranda. Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Olivia (Medeiros) and Joseph Barboza. A Homemaker for most of her lifetime, she is survived by her loving family, daughter Donna and her husband David Carson of Fairhaven and granddaughter Miranda Carson, daughter Mary and her husband Kevin Corkum of Florida, grandchildren Matthew and Nikki Corkum, along with great grandchildren Matthew & Luke. She also leaves grandson Joshua Corkum, granddaughter Faith and husband Duane Beck, along with great grandchildren Aria, Elijah, Amelia & Emerie. In addition, she leaves daughter Cheryl Martin of New Bedford, grandson Gary Miranda and great grandchildren Emma Miranda and Nolan Martin; daughter Jody and her husband Aaron Almeida of Florida, grandchildren Kaylah, Sarah and Jacob Hines, Sophia and Henry Almeida and great grandchild Prestyn Moore. Siblings are Richard, David and Gregory Barboza, Lucille Gifford and Judy Crawford. She was predeceased by a brother Joseph Barboza. Private Arrangements are with the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St., Fall River, MA.
