Barbara A. (Mello) Papineau, 74, of Tiverton, died peacefully at home on Saturday, May 19, 2018. She was the wife of the late Walter D. Papineau.  Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Mello & Edith (Nascimento) Mello.

Mrs. Papineau owned & operated Papineau's Florist for many years until her retirement.

She leaves her four children, six grandchildren, & two great-grandchildren.  She was the sister of the late Gregory Mello.

Her funeral & burial will be private.  Gifts in her memory to Visiting Nurse Home & Hospice, 1184 East Main Rd., Portsmouth, RI 02871 will be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to POCASSET MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.
