Born in Fall River, he was the son of Luis and Maria (DaSilva) DaCosta.  He had graduated from Durfee in 2013 and was currently majoring in deaf studies at BCC.  He loved watching Liverpool soccer and going to Game King.  He enjoyed traveling, video games, pool and hanging out with family and friends.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister Carissa DaCosta and a brother Colby DaCosta.  He also leaves his paternal grandmother Margarida Sousa, along with aunts and cousins.  He was the grandson of the late Antonio and Ilda DaSilva & Leonardo DaCosta.
