Carol Ann Viera 71, of Tiverton, RI, passed away on August 13, 2022.  She was the wife of John Viera Jr.  Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Alma (Edwards) and Ernest Wilson.  She had formerly worked as a Pari Mutual Clerk at Newport Jai alai for 28 years.  In addition to her husband, she leaves a son Jeffrey Anderson and a daughter Aaliyah Callwood, along with 9 grandchildren.  In addition she is survived by her siblings Terry Wilson, Michael Wilson, Brenda Wilson, Marsha Eafen, Tanya Wilson and was predeceased by Larry Wilson, James Edwards and Darryl Wilson.  Following cremation, a Visitation will be held Sunday, August 28th at the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI from 9 to 11am with a Service at 10:30am. www.almeida-pocasset.com for on line guest book.
