Cecelia Frances (Bettencourt) Arruda 75 of Fall River died on Tuesday. She was the wife of the late Edward Arruda. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Cecelia F. (Lyden) and Joseph Bettencourt. Prior to her retirement she had worked as an Interviewer for the Fall River Housing Authority. She is survived by 2 sisters Evelyn Rezendes of Pt Orange, FLA and Mae Simonetti of Tiverton, RI along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph Bettencourt and Delores Silvia. Visitation SATURDAY from 8:30 to 9:30am at the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St., Fall River prior the the Funeral Mass at 10am at Holy Trinity Church, Fall River.
