Cecelia (Figueredo) Proc, 91  of Fall River, passed away on Jan. 31st.  She was the widow of Peter Proc.  Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Emily Pereira (Araujo) and Joseph Figueredo.  She had worked as an assembler at  Lightolier and previously at the Lamport.  She is survived by her daughters Cecelia Parent (Dean) and Theodora E. Pacheco (Robert) . She was the mother of the late Peter Proc.  She also leaves her grandchildren Janet L. Pacheco, Robert J. Pacheco, Joel Proc and Jasmine E. Proc along with a greatgrandchild.  In addition, she leaves a brother Joseph Figueredo and several nieces & nephews.  She was the sister of the late James Figueredo, Hilda Barboza, Mary Laroche, Delores Barreira, Gilbert Figueredo, Manuel Figueredo and Oswald Figueredo.  Visitation WEDNESDAY from 9 to 10am prior to the Funeral with a Service at 10am in the Funeral Home.  Burial at Notre Dame Cemetey.
