Debra J. (MacKenzie) Grady of  Fall River, Massachusetts passed away on October 2,  2025 at Home surrounded by  her  Family. Born in  Fall River, Massachusetts Debra  was a Daughter of the late Priscilla J. (Pelletier) MacKenzie,   Wife of William  "Bill"  Grady.  Mother of  Christopher MacKenzie and  Step Mother of  Allison Murray  Sister of Donald MacKenzie & (wife  Jackie MacKenzie), William  MacKenzie , Kathryn Oliveira and (husband  Brendan),, Angus "AD" MacKenzie, and  Sister of the  Late Priscilla &  Keith  MacKenzie, Daughter In Law of Bill &  Diana Grady,  Niece of  Julie  Hubert and  Several Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.  Debra earned her GED at Bristol Community College in  1994 and Her CNA Certified  Nursing Certificate at  Bristol Community  College in  1996.

Debra  was a Loving  Caring  Mom,  Daughter, Sister, Niece and  A  Friend to many. We ask you to Please  remember  Debra in your own Special Way.

A Private celebration of her  Life  will be Held in the  Near  Future.
