Diane Marie (Dupont) Barboza 61 of Berkley, Mass. passed away on Friday. She was the wife of
Antone J. "Skip" Barboza. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Loretta (Drapeau)
and Joseph Dupont. She had worked in Accounts Receivable for the Reebok Co.
A communicant of St. Bernard's Parish, where she was an active parishioner, she was the recipient of the Marian Medal and was Parishioner of the Year in 2011. She was also a Eucharistic Minister.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 sons and a daughter Keith Barboza, Kerri Santos and David Barboza. She also leaves her grandchildren Debbie Labonte, Katie Barboza, Isabella Santos, Lily Barboza and Maxwell McCorkill, along with a greatgrandchild Jesse Borden. Surviving siblings are Del Dupont,
Donald Dupont, Doris Swales and she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister
of the late Muriel Correia and Richard Dupont. Visitation TUESDAY 5-8 PM at St. Bernard's Church
in Assonet. Her Funeral will be held WEDNESDAY with a Mass at 11am at St. Bermards with Burial to follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
