Doris (Cabral) Mattos 85 of Fall River, died on Friday at Mass. General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Lewis Mattos. Born on Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Medeiros) and Manuel Cabral.
She had worked as a Folder in the Garment Industry. She was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. She is survived by 2 daughters Doris Melanson and Lois Fitzpatrick, both of Fall River, 4 grandchildren, 7 greatgrandchildren and 4 greatgreatgrandchildren. She also leaves a brother Ronald Cabral of Havana, Florida and several nieces and nephews. Visitation TUESDAY 6-8 PM. her Funeral will be held on WEDNESDAY ay 9am from the A F ALMEIDA & SON FUNERAL HOME 1309 Globe St, Fall River with a 10am Mass at St. Anne's Church.
