Dorothy May (Higgins) Moniz 50 of Fall River died on April 3rd. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Maureen (Goncalo) Scudder and the late Elliott Higgins Sr. In addition to her mother, she leaves a daughter Tara Higgins, a grandson Caleb John Pimentel and her husband John S. Moniz. She also leaves her siblings Elliott Higgins Jr., Betty Cole, Belinda Kindy and Beverly Jones. A Memorial Service will be held MONDAY April 13th at the Salvation Army 290 Bedford St Fall River.
