Elaine M. (Chaves) Gaspar  73, of Dartmouth, MA and Port St Lucie, Fl, passed away on December 21, 2023.  Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Angelina (Silvia) Chaves and the late Peter Chaves.  She had been a long time real estate agent and had been inducted into the Century 21 Hall of Fame.
She was a member of the New Bedford Country Club and the PGA Golf Club at PGA Village.  She is survived by her partner of 27 years James Harrington, his son Thomas James Harrington (wife Lisa) and their son Colin James Harrington.  Elaine also leaves her brothers Peter Chaves and Christopher Chaves (wife Jessica) along with nieces Olivia and Vanessa Chaves.
Her Funeral will be held on Friday, December 29th at 9am from the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI with a 10am Mass at Holy Ghost Church.  Burial at Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton, RI.   http://www.almeida-pocasset.com for on line guestbook.
