Elizabeth Anne Carvalho 41 of Tiverton RI passed away after a brief illness at St. Annes Hospital on Saturday February 19, 2022 surrounded by family. Liz was the daughter of Donna (Carvalho) Truppi and her stepfather Paul of Tiverton. Liz graduated from Tiverton High School where she was known by her many friends as Duce. Liz graduated from Bristol Community College School of Nursing and was an RN. She had been employed by Heatherwood Nursing Center in Newport. Liz had a great sense of humor and was very outspoken. Liz made friends wherever she went. She especially enjoyed trips to Foxwoods for bingo and her scratch tickets. Besides her mother and stepfather she is survived by her daughter Adriana Carvalho of Tiverton, her brother Kevin G. Goulet (Amy) of Tiverton, her grandmother Nancy Carvalho of Tiverton, her niece's Samantha and Madison Goulet of Tiverton, her godmother Barbara Bouchard of Tiverton and her cousin Jonathan Bouchard of Cranston. Liz was the granddaughter of the late George Carvalho, great granddaughter of the late Antoinette Roderick and cousin of the late Rebecca Bouchard. Liz's family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Sahin of the Fall River Wound Clinic.  Visitation Friday from 6-9 PM.  Her Funeral will be held on Saturday at the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI with arrival time at 11:30am for a Service at noon.  Burial at Hillside Cemeterry. www.almeida-pocasset.com
