Francisco DaSilva 86 of Fall River died on Saturday. He was the husband of the late Maria Candida (Sousa) DaSilva. Born in Horta, Faial, Azores, he was the son of the late Rosa (Garcia) and Manuel Espinola DaSilva. Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a Carpenter for Horner Millworks. He is survived by his children Carlos DaSilva of the Azores, Maria Fatima DaSilva of Fall River, Maria M. Pereira of Assonet and Louie Silva of Fall River. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren. Visitation WEDNESDAY from 6-8 PM. His Funeral will be held THURSDAY at 8am from the A F ALMEIDA & SON FUNERAL HOME 1309 Globe St, Fall River with a 9am Mass at St Anthony of Padua Church, where he was a communicant.
