Grace L Medeiros' Obituary
Grace Lucy (Salpietro) Medeiros 103, formerly of Portsmouth, RI passed away Feb, 21st at Southpointe Nursing Home. She was the widow of Michael Souza Medeiros. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Baressi) and Giuseppe Salpietro. Prior to her retirement, she had worked as a machine operator at Mervin Hat. Co. She had also worked as a waitress at the former Bella & Tonys afterwards. She is survived by her niece and nephews, Denise Salpietro Jacques of Fall River, Joseph D. Salpietro of Swansea, Roger E. Salpietro of Fall River and Anthony A. Salpietro of Assonet. She was the sister of the late Anthony Salpietro. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30am at the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI prior to her Funeral Mass at Holy Name Church at 10am. Entombment at Notre Dame Cemetery.
