Gwen Janet Carnes 68, of Tiverton, RI passed away on March 17th.  Born in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Mary (McKercher) and Victor Carnes.  Most recently, she had worked as an Administrative Assistant at St. Vincents Home.

She is survived by her siblings John C. Nanna (Wife Pat), Irene Boedicker (Husband Bernie), Sue Williamson (Husband Rick), Martha Young (Husband David), Victor Carnes and Margaret Steiner (Husband Mike).  She leaves Jennifer Zuelke (Husband Brent) whom she considered a daughter and their children Trenton & Madison.   In addition she leaves several nieces and nephews.  Private Arrangements are with the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home.  www.almeida-pocasset.com for on line guest book.
