Henry S. Wieczorek 80, of King St., Fall River, MA died on Sunday, May 1st, 2011 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Genevieve (Costa) Wieczorek. Born in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of the late Hattie and Joseph C. Wieczorek. He had served in the US Navy from 1950 to 1973 as a Chief Boatswain's Mate and had received the National Defense Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal and the Navy Occupation Medal (Europe).
He had also worked as a Bagger for Stop and Shop in Middletown.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by 3 sons James Coelho, Thomas Coelho and Jeffrey Coelho(wife Patricia). He also leaves grandchildren Kristy DeSousa, Christian Coelho, Aaron Coelho, Jared Coelho, Karolina King and Michael Zalewski. Greatgrandchidren are Alexis DeSousa and Justin DeSousa.
His Funeral will be held WEDNESDAY from the POCASSET MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME 462 Main Road, Tiverton, RI
with Visitation Prior to the Funeral from 8-9:30am. Those wishing to attend the Funeral may arrive for 9am with a Mass at St Theresa's Church, Tiverton at 10am. Burial at Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton with Military Honors.
