Ida Mello 89 of Tiverton, died on July 17th. She was the wife of the late Fred Mello. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Virginia (Souza) and Manuel Olival. She had worked as a Sewing Machine Operator at Shelburn Shirt, Stella Ann and Bomark. She was a member of St Madeleine Sophie Church and was an avid gardener.
She is survived by a daughter Judith Harvey (Husband Douglas) and was the mother of the late Alfred Mello Jr. She also leaves a sister Dorothy Lecuyer. grandchildren Abigail Harvey, Jacob Harvey and David Adams. Great granchildren are Xavier, Aliza, Camara, and Sirius. She was the sister of the late Edwin and Abilio Olival. Her Funeral will be held WEDNESDAY with a 10am Mass at St Madeleine Sophie Church.
