Isabel "Bella" (Mello) Silva 98 years young, of Fall River, entered into rest peacefully with her loving son and caretaker Paul by her side on  April 27th.  She was the wife of the late Frank Silva.  Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Georgiana (Pasqual Cabral) and Dominick Mello.  She had formerly worked as a Clerk at Bradlee's and various other shops, including Bessie Ann of Fall River.  She is survived by 2 sons Ronald F. Silva (wife Paula) and Paul M. Silva. She also leaves a grandson Chad Silva and was the "granny" of the late John M. Silva.  She was the sister of the late Charles, Edward and Herman Mello, Georgiana Silvia, Rosalina Amarelo and  Beatrice Greco.   Visitation will be held on  Friday from 5 to 8PM.  Her Funeral will be held on Saturday at 9am from           the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St, Fall River with a Mass at 10am at St. Mary's Cathedral.
