John R. Romiti 68 of Tiverton died on Sunday Feb. 13, 2011. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Harney)
Romiti. Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late Tina
(Delmedico) and John P. Romiti. He had worked as a Postal Worker for the US Postal Service. He had served in the National Guard. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Melisaa Speight (Husband Craig) of Somerset, MA and a son John P. Romiti (Wife Allyson) of Fall River. He also leaves grandchildren Hannah & Abigail Speight and a sister Rebecca Fortune of Cranston, RI. He was the brother of the late Robert Romiti. Visitation WEDNESDAY 4-8PM. His Funeral will be held on THURSDAY at 8am from the POCASSET
MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI with a 9am Mass at Holy Ghost Church. According to his wishes, he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Michael's Fund 966 Walnut St., Fall River, MA 02720.
