Joseph C. Roque Jr. 86, of Fall River passed away on Nov. 5th after a period of declining health. He was the husband of Dorothy Rose
(Neronha) Roque. He had worked in Civil Service as a Custodian for the School Department. He had also worked as a Laborer with the Union in Fall River and Newport, RI. He was a communicant of Holy Trinity Parish.
In addition to his wife, he leaves 3 children; Brenda Hayston, Joyce Veloza and Brian Roque. He also leaves grandchildren Holly Hayston, Ivy Hayston, Candice Roque, Connor Roque, Angelina Roque, Brian Roque, Christopher Veloza and Joseph Veloza, along with great grandchildren Krista Hayston, Harmony Robinson, Aligia Hayston and Steven Hayston. He was the brother of the late Evelyn Landy (his twin sister) and Edmond Roque.
Visitation MONDAY 6-8PM. His Funeral will be held TUESDAY at 9am from the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St., Fall River, MA with a 10am Mass at Holy Trinity Church. Burial at Notre Dame Cemetery. www.almeida-pocasset.com
