Kiana Melandes Carmo, 21 of Fall River, passed away on April 4th unexpectedly.  Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Maria Melandes doCarmo and Welton Carmo.  Kiana was a student and would of been graduating with a major in Psychology  and a Certificate in Thanatology at BCC.  She also worked as a CNA at Southpointe Skilled Nursing Facility.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister Brenda DoCarmo, grandparents, aunts, uncle and cousins.  She was loved by all her family & friends and will be deeply missed. She was  a communicant of Good Shepherd Parish, where she was an altar server and CCD helper. Donations may be made to the family or a Go Fund Me page that has been established.  Visitation Saturday, April 13th at the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St., Fall River, MA from 10am to 12:30 PM prior to the Funeral Mass at 1pm at Good Shepherd Church.  www.almeida-pocasset.com
