Leonard Aguiar 88 of Tiverton, RI passed away on Thursday. He was the husband of Elsie (Medeiros) Aguiar to whom he would have been married to 68 years this month. Born in
Fall River, he was the son of the late Antonia (Aguiar) and Joseph Aguiar Sr. He had formerly worked as a Trailer Driver for Plantation Steel and in Construction for the Aetna Bridge Company. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 251. Mr. Aguiar was a communicant of Holy Ghost Parish. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Eileen Aguiar.
He also leaves a nephew Randall Aguiar, a niece Lisa Aguiar and a sister in law Joan Aguiar. He was the brother of the late Richard Aguiar and Joseph Aguiar.
