-known as "Lee" or "Lilly" to many - passed away at her home in Fall River, MA at age 82 on Saturday March 29th surrounded by her loving family. Lee was a life long resident of Fall River and a graduate of
BMC
Durfee
High School '49. For 20 years Lee worked for the Massachusetts Commission for the blind as a clerk/ typist.
She is survived by her 8 children: Patricia Dubois of Fall River, Ernest Rapoza, his wife Susan of Fall River, Susan Brilhante of Island Park, RI, Anthony Rapoza, his wife Lynn of Sanbornville , NH, James Rapoza, his wife Maureen of Fall River, Kathleen Goulet of Swansea, MA, Mary Elizabeth Perry, her husband Marc of Fall River and Timothy Rapoza, his wife Mary of Dighton , MA. Through her 8 children Lee is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, family and friends are invited to attend a remembrance get-together on Saturday April 12th from 6-9 pm at the Boat House Restaurant in Tiverton , RI. Please call 508-567-6220 for details. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Red Cross, monetary or otherwise.
