Louise Althea Hunter 79, of Tiverton, passed away on March 1st.  She was the widow of Patrick Lovell Hunter.  Born in South Paris, Maine. she was the daughter of the late Frank Albert Starbird and Myrtis Mae (Wood) Starbird.  She had formerly worked as a Nutrition Aide for URI coop extension program. She enjoyed spending time with her family and had multiple interests in her younger years.  She was a great supporter of the RI Food Bank and MS Society.  Louise also enjoyed music.  She is survived by her children Ginger McGrath, Robin Healy, Elizabeth Hunter and Cammie Dobbs-Archer.   Grandchildren are Cory Watts, Jason Watts, Stephen "Preston" Healy, Erin Kelly, Seth Hunter and James Straight.  Great grandchildren are Canaan Watts, Isabella Watts, Lyric Watts, Andrew Healy, Lucas Healy and Theodore Kelly.  She also leaves her siblings Mildred Richard, Marjorie Knightly, Gilbert Starbird and Eleanor Jones.  She was the sister of the late Raymond Starbird.  She also leaves nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private Services are with the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the the RI Food Bank, MS Society or Wounded Warriors.
