Manuel Aguiar 97 of Tiverton passed
away on Friday. Feb 4th. He was the husband of Celina "Sally" (Farias) Aguiar. Born in Tiverton, he was the son of the late Florinda (Ferreira) and Joseph Aguiar. He had worked as a Hoisting Ebgineer for various Construction Companies. and was a member of I.U.IO.E. Local 4. He was a member of the former Ponta Delgada Club and a communicant of Holy Ghost Parish. In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter Evelyn M. Paradis of Tiverton. He also leaves a sister Mary Botelho of Tiverton and a brother Henry Aguiar of Fall River and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Lena Amaral.
Visitation Wednesday 5-8Pm His Funeral will be held THURSDAY at 9am from the POCASSET MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME 463 Main Rd., Tiverton
with a 10am Mass at Holy hist Church. Burial at St Columba Cemetery, Middletown, RI.
