Manuel Costa 97 of Fall River, died on Thursday. He was the husband of the late Olinda (Silvia) Costa.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Barbara (Santos) and Manuel Costa Sr. He was a Self-Employed Chicken Farmer with the former Costa Poultry Farm of Fish Rd, Tiverton. He is survived by a daughter Barbara Hebert (husband Roger) of Fall River, Manuel J. Costa (wife Brenda) of Fall River and David Costa of Tiverton. He also leaves 6 grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren and 2 greatgreatgrandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Rosaline Reis. Visitation SUNDAY 5-8 PM. His Funeral will be held MONDAY at 8am from the A F ALMEIDA & SON FUNERAL HOME
1309 Globe St, Fall River with a 9am Mass at Holy Name Church. Entombment at Notre Dame Mausoleum.
