Manuel Pacheco DeSimas 82 of Fall River died on Saturday. He was the husband of the late Maria DaConceicao (Novo) DeSimas. Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of the late Mequelina (DeAmaral) and Albino Pacheco DeSimas . Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a Weaver at Providence Pile. He had also worked as a Landscaper. He was the father of the late Jose Simas and Rose Simas. He is survived by his daughter-in-law Maria Simas, 6 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren.
