Maria Laudalena Oliveira's Obituary
Maria Laudalena Oliveira 83, of Tiverton, passed away on Feb 27th. She was the widow of Eduardo Oliveira. Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Margaret (Martins) and Gil Damaso. She had worked as a Seamstress in the garment industry. She loved her children and grandchildren and is survived by sons Gil Oliveira (Wife Anna) Oliveira of Illinios, Edward Oliveira, daughters Margaret Fortin (husband Albert) and Ann Marie Azevedo (husband Gracilino), all of Tiverton. She also leaves 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Manuel Sousa Damaso. She enjoyed sewing, Bingo, traveling and cooking. Visitation Saturday from 9 to 11am at the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton prior to the Funeral Mass at 11:30 am At St Christopher's Church. Burial at Pocasset Hill.
