Mary (Almeida) Almeida Costa, aka "Kennie" of Fall River died on Monday. She was the wife of the late Manuel F. Almeida and the late John N. Costa. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Cabral) and Manuel Almeida. She had formerly worked as a Sales Clerk at the Globe Mills and also at Louis Hand as a Machine Operator. She was a member of the Niagra Senior Center. She is survived by a daughter Eileen Belisle and sons Gerald Almeida & Edward Almeida. She was the mother of the late Alfred Almeida. She also leaves grandchildren Susan Almeida, Sandra Waters, Rochelle Jones, Rosalyn Belisle, Gregory Belisle and Christopher Almeida. She was the grandmother of the late Steven Almeida and Gerald Christoper Almeida. Greatgrandchildren are Douglas, Helen, Michael, Christopher, Nicholas, James and Kristina. Siblings are Rose Maloof and Candida Rodrigues. Late siblings are Joseph Almeida, Linda Teves and Mary Pimental. Visitation Wednesday from 5-7 PM. Her Funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30 am from the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St, Fall River with a 9:30 am Mass at the Catholic Memorial Home Chapel.
