Norman D. Rose Jr. 75, formerly of Tiverton, RI died on Oct. 21st in Sebring, Florida. He was the husband of the late Elaine (Viveiros) Leary Rose.
Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Minnie E. (Davol) and Norman D. Rose. He had served in the US Coast Guard. Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a Security Guard for the Stop and Shop Corp. Mr. Rose was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Tiverton.
He is survived by a stepdaughter Cathleen Leary of Jamestown, RI along with 2 stepsons Patrick Leary of Tiverton and Michael J. Leary of Westport.
He also leaves a son David Rose of New York and a daughter Kim Rose Bartlett of Bridgewater. In addition he leaves a sister Norma Rousseau of Fall River,
grandchildren and step grandchildren. Visitation TUESDAY from 8:30 to 9:30am prior to the Funeral at the POCASSET MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME
