Paula M. Pimentel, 71, of Fall River, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026 at St. Anne's Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of 51 years to Dennis Pimentel, Jr. Born in Fall River, and grew up in Tiverton she was the daughter of the late George P. McDonald and Lillian L. (Linhares) McDonald.

Paula was employed as a special education paraprofessional for Fall River Public Schools until her retirement. She also worked for Somerset Paint as an interior designer. Paula was a social butterfly who loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a breast cancer survivor ,an avid Disney lover, a dog mom, and concert lover.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her loving children: Erica-Beth Cruz & her husband Keith of Somerset, Thomas G. Pimentel & his companion Mariah and her daughter Sabrina of Swansea, and Erin A. Pimentel & her fiancée Thomas Pacheco of Fall River. Cherished Nana of Lydia-Lee (Sweetpea), Aliza-Beth (Buttercup), Eric Thomas( Peanut), Brayden Thomas (Boo), and Lillyanna Faith (Pickles). She also leaves many cousins and her "adoptive" kids.

Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM in POCASSET MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 462 Main Road, Tiverton. Burial will follow in Pocasset Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
