Robert L. Raposa, 82, of Tiverton, died peacefully on March 19, 2026.  He was loving husband of Donna Louise (Reposa)  Raposa.  Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Antone Raposa and Mary (Souza) Raposa.

Mr. Raposa was a mechanic in the automotive industry for many years and retired from Brown University facilities division in 2010.  He loved spending time with his family, NHRA Drag Racing, and car shows.

In addition to his wife, he leaves his son, Robert L. Raposa, Jr. & his wife Kim of Tiverton and his daughter-in-law, Jennifer Graf of Tiverton.  Cherished grandfather of Jenna, Jordan, and Jimmy Sullivan.  He was the brother of Jessica Ferri of Portsmouth, Frederick Raposa of Tiverton, and the late Manuel Raposa, Charles Raposa, Mary Ellen Cray, and Evelyn Silva.  He also leaves many nieces and nephews.

His funeral and burial will be private.  Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
