Obituary

Tara Carr of Tiverton passed away unexpectedly at Saint Anne's Hospital on April 30, 2022.  She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
She was joined in marriage to James Carr in 1999 and through this union, one daughter Leaven and a son Hayden were born.
Tara attended elementary, middle and high school in Tiverton.  She continued her education at the Sawyer School for Medical Assistant and attended Bristol Community College. She was employed as a medical assistant in Fall River, a pharmacy technician in Tiverton, and an architectural design/engineer in Middletown.
She was a creative artist who enjoyed oil paintings and charcoal drawings. She found beauty in both nature and people.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband Jim, children Leaven and Hayden, mother and father, Sheila and Bob Andrade, her brother Drey, and sisters Donna, Cindy and Lori. She also leaves uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends and a cat named "Bitty".
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting flower seed packets to be placed in a basket at the funeral home and later will be planted at her home in memory of her. As these flowers bloom each year it will be a reminder to her family how much her family and friends cherished her.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May17th from 4 to 7PM with a Service at 6:30PM at Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home, 462 Main Rd., Tiverton, RI 02878. www.almeida-pocasset.com for on line guest book.
