Thomas J. Cox Sr., 71 of Fall River, MA passed away on July 31st.  Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Costa) Farias and Thoma Cox.  He had worked as a Mechanic in Auto Sales.  He was also a bartender at the Ponta Club, where he was a member.  Thomas also belonged to AARP.  He is survived by 3 children, Thomas Cox Jr. (companion Serena Amarello), Pamela Lee Alix (friended by Thomas White) and Sherry Ann Cox (companion Ronald Costa).  He also leaves 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a brother Joseph Farias (wife Ruth Farias).  Visitation  TUESDAY Aug 13th  from 9 to 11am with a Service at 11am in the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI.  Inurnment at Notre Dame cemetery to follow.
