Thomas Williamson 95 of Tiverton, RI, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016. He was the husband of Elizabeth F. (Keating) Williamson. Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Ada J. (Proctor) and Thomas Williamson. Mr. Williamson was a Graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School with the Class of 1939. He had Served in the U.S.Army Air Corp. and was a World War II Veteran. He had served in England with the 385th Bomb Group. He was a Munition Handler with the 8th Air Force. He had worked as a Automotive Technician. An avid outdoors man, he liked to fish and hunt and was a Life Member of the Tiverton Rod and Gun Club. He was a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association and the National Rifle Association.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Pierce Williamson (wife Frances). Arrangements are with the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home 462 Main Rd, Tiverton, RI.
